The Showreel
On Stage
The stage that started in a village
“Sapne dekhne se nahi — unhe poora karne se kahani banti hai.”
Stages, institutions & platforms
Helping students, farmers and first-time founders turn an ordinary idea into something that pays, protects and lasts — through live sessions, innovation workshops and hands-on mentoring.

Close the gap between the idea sitting in your head and the thing that pays for your life — with a method built in a village workshop, not a boardroom.

The story
I am Abhishek Kumar, son of Ashok Chaudhary and Manju Devi, from Jogia village in Aurangabad, Bihar. There was no lab in my school and no founder in my family. What there was: a field behind the house, a father who worked it, and a stubborn question — why does farming have to be this hard?
That question became a machine. The Multi Fertilizer & Seed Applicator, built to do in one pass what my father did in four, became a registered design. Then came seven more inventions — a paper pencil, an anti-radiation chip patented jointly with my father, a germ-killer device that earned a patent of its own, and others still on the bench.
Somewhere between the workshops and the award stages, students started asking me how. Not how the machine works — how a boy from Jogia ended up on the stage at Gyan Bhawan. That question is why I speak. Today I go into schools and colleges and tell young people the thing I had to learn the slow way: your idea is an asset, protect it, build on it, and you never have to ask anyone for a job again.
“Us waqt log haste the. Aaj wahi log sunte hain.”
What I speak about
Every talk is rebuilt for the room it is walking into — a class of 10th graders and a hall of FPO farmers do not need the same words. These are the six themes I am invited for most.

For schools, colleges & universities
A 60–90 minute session that meets students where they actually are — confused, compared and quietly scared. We replace that with a plan: how to pick a direction, how to start small, and why the village address on your form decides nothing.

For aspiring founders and campus E-cells
From idea to first customer, in the language of someone who did it without funding. Validation, cost, the first ten sales, and the government schemes that actually move — Startup Bihar, MSME, Startup India.

For institutions, IICs and innovation cells
The session I am invited back for most. Patents, copyright, trademarks and GI — explained through my own filing, not a textbook. Students leave knowing exactly what they own and how to claim it.

What hosts say
Our students have heard many speakers. Very few leave them with something they can do on Monday morning. Abhishek did — half the hall wanted to know how to file a patent.
Faculty Coordinator
Institution's Innovation Council
He explains IPR the way a farmer explains soil — from having his hands in it. That is why the session lands.
Workshop Convener
Sityog Institute of Management, Aurangabad
A young innovator doing real work for rural entrepreneurship in Bihar. The kind of example our youth need in front of them.
Programme Organiser
Let's Inspire Bihar
He came from the audience of this very auditorium. Now he stands on its stage. Our students saw that and something changed.
